Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision is an opportunity to slow down, think deeply and reflect on the work we do with others. It offers a dedicated space to explore therapeutic relationships, ethical complexities, clinical decision-making and the personal responses that inevitably arise in practice.

Whether you are newly qualified or an experienced practitioner, supervision provides space to remain curious, connected and accountable. It is not simply about problem-solving or case review. It is a collaborative process that supports professional growth, sustained practice and confidence in navigating the complexity of human experience.

Bronwyn provides supervision informed by social work, psychotherapy and sexology, with a trauma-informed, sex-positive and intersectional feminist framework. Supervision is affirming of gender, sexuality and relationship diversity (GSRD) and welcomes practitioners working across mental health, sexual wellbeing, family and domestic violence, women's health and related fields.

Sessions are tailored to your individual learning needs and professional context. Together, supervision may include clinical formulation, ethical reflection, therapeutic process, professional identity, boundaries, self-awareness and practitioner wellbeing. Particular attention can also be given to working with sexuality, intimacy, relationships, trauma, neurodivergence and experiences that sit outside traditional therapeutic conversations.

The work of supporting others asks a great deal of us. Good supervision provides a place to think, reflect and continue developing with intention, compassion and integrity.
